Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Hiya Traders operates as a wholesale supplier. Refunds are only considered in the case of:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items supplied

  • Quantity discrepancies

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slow product movement in store

  • Minor variations in finish, polish, or handcrafted detailing

Return & Inspection Process

If a refund is approved, the retailer must return the products in original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Products are received and inspected

  • The issue is verified by our quality team

Return shipping costs will be discussed and mutually agreed upon depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed via the original agreed payment method within 7–10 business days.

In certain cases, Hiya Traders may offer:

  • Replacement of goods

  • Credit note for future purchases

Hiya Traders reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund approvals based on product inspection and business terms.
